This is the solution for the treatment plan print errors. I recalled we faced this issue in the DS-Tecom branch and I explained to you that these settings need to be done on every computer where customers are using R4.
1. File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View > Uncheck all options
2. File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > File Block Settings > Uncheck all options.
3. Disable MACROS setting
4. File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations > Add new location > Browse > Add R4 Clinical+ folder
Also, click the check box on Subfolders. and click the check box of Allow trusted Location as well.
